Client Responsibilities and Liability Release:
Purchaser acknowledges as a student attending the Certification Retreats: I am willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, and/or stress reduction techniques. I am aware these modalities are non-medical in nature and it is my responsibility to consult my regular doctor about any changes in my condition or changes in my medication. I understand the above modalities are not substitutes for regular medical care and I have been advised to consult my regular medical doctor or health-care practitioner for treatment of any old, new, or existing medical conditions. I understand that change is my own and complete responsibility. I understand that ALL HEALING IS SELF HEALING and that Rising Phoenix Aurora is only a “facilitator” in the process of helping me to solve my own problem(s) and expand in my Quantum Healing. It is my responsibility to be open and honest, provide accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that might aid me in achieving my desired outcomes during the training and practice sessions, energetic healings, and A.U.R.A Hypnosis Technique session(s) facilitated by Rising Phoenix Aurora and/or staff at the Retreat. I understand that often in intuitive, Quantum Healing sessions, and class training time, universal information is provided through the client to benefit all of humanity. I agree to allow Rising Phoenix Aurora to share this information and any accompanying story summary either on video or in written form in blogs or books as long as my name and all personal and relevant details are omitted or changed to protect my identity. I understand and agree that Rising Phoenix Aurora Inc. will not be held responsible or liable in any form for any type of gross negligence, as this is my sovereign process of self-healing.
By undergoing Certification training, I understand I may be assigned “homework” or be asked to make changes to my life by my "Higher Self" to complete or solidify any healing or changes begun in our Quantum Healing as both a client and student of the Akashic and Channeling Certifications. I understand that this information and advice for change comes not from the facilitator, but from my own higher being. I understand that Rising Phoenix Aurora may elect NOT to proceed with my training as a student and future practitioner if I have violated ethical standards during my certification training and/or Retreat. Rising Phoenix Aurora is NOT liable for travel costs (airline, hotel, etc.) associated with declining a student who has violated ethical standards and/or whom has displayed behavior in which they are putting others in harm’s way, etc.
Purchaser acknowledges: Friends, family members, and couples are welcome to attend, bedding accommodations can be made to ensure they are grouped together so long as Rising Phoenix Aurora and/or staff is notified at the time of booking. I understand these Retreats are not meant to be attended or seen as a means for Dating, Flirting, Coaxing and pressuring an attendee, Harming (physical, mental, verbal), Sexual harassment (unwanted and/or unwarranted sexual attention), Physical or emotional harm (whether conscious or through a hypnosis session, etc.) of both female and male participants regardless of sexual orientation by attendees. These types of behavior call for the immediate expulsion of the Retreat location/home without any type of refund and/or Certification as they go against the Ethical Standards of attending said Certification Retreat.
